Our client is an aggressively growing CPA Firm who are performing a targeted search for a (Equity) Tax Partner to join their team in Ausitn, TX on a Hybrid Schedule. Along with a Base Salary and Healthcare options, this opportunity comes with Bonuses & Equity!!!

While the firm has a strong 30+ year history, it has undergone a recent ownership transition within the past two years, bringing in a leadership team with an aggressive growth strategy. They are actively investing in expanding the business, building out teams, and creating clear pathways to leadership. This is a unique opportunity to get in early, play a key role in that growth, and be rewarded through significant future equity participation.

Qualifications:
- CPA or JD required
- Extensive Experience Small to Medium Size Business, HNWI, Pass-Through Entities
- Estate and Trust experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
