Salary: $120K-$150K
A boutique CPA firm based in downtown Portland with 15 employees, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its growing team. This fully remote role is ideal for a generalist with at least 3 years of manager-level experience and strong client service skills.
Client Base Includes:
- Small businesses
- Manufacturing & construction
- Real estate & hospitality
- Dental & veterinary clinics
- High-net-worth individuals
- Stock options, trusts & estates
Workload & Culture:
- Busy Season: 45-55 hrs/week (50 billable goal)
- Off Season: ~40 hrs/week
