Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution‑oriented Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to support a global Corporate practice. This role serves as an embedded marketing and communications leader, partnering closely with practice leadership and business development teams to raise market visibility, support client engagement, and deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
Operating at the intersection of brand, communications, and practice‑level strategy, this role aligns firmwide marketing priorities with the specific needs and audiences of corporate practice groups, driving cohesive, high‑impact campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute practice‑level marketing and communications strategies aligned with firmwide objectives
- Partner with practice leadership to identify opportunities for visibility, thought leadership, and client engagement
- Deliver integrated campaigns across content, digital marketing, PR, social media, and industry initiatives
- Support client development efforts in collaboration with business development teams, including targeting and cross‑selling initiatives
- Apply subject‑matter expertise to advise leadership on marketing trends, brand positioning, and competitive insights
- Manage marketing projects and campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring quality, budget discipline, and measurable impact
- Support the development and tracking of KPIs to evaluate marketing performance and inform future strategy
- Ensure consistent brand standards, messaging, and compliance across all marketing efforts
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing operations and efficiency
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with communications, events, digital, and branding teams
Qualifications
- 6+ years of marketing and communications experience, ideally within professional services or a similarly complex environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver integrated, multi‑channel marketing initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience

Compensation
Estimated base salary (NY): Up to $215,000
Compensation may vary by market and experience.
