Real Estate Attorney
Our client is a Midsized Law Firm with a strong reputation. They are seeking a mid-level Real Estate attorney to join their dynamic and growing Real Estate Group.
Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising: (i) real estate transactional agreements including purchase and sale agreements and loan documentation, and (ii) real estate capital markets agreements, such as joint venture operating agreements, syndication agreements, preferred equity agreements and other entity documents.
- Managing and coordinating with partners and paralegals on the deal to make sure deadlines are hit to facilitate the timely and orderly procession of the deal
- Managing multiple deadlines and tasks for various clients at once
Candidate Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of real estate transaction experience
- PSA and financing documentation
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and relationship skills, will have lots of direct contact with clients
- Able to take a deal from start to finish and keep the deal moving forward
- Positive attitude, team player, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking and expanding their skill set
Details:
Billable Hour Requirement: 1,800 hours
Compensation: $225,000 – $275,000 annually
Business Development Budget: $2,500 per year
