We are seeking a skilled and passionate Trial Attorney to handle a high-volume caseload and advocate for clients in complex litigation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage personal injury cases from intake through verdict or settlement
- Conduct thorough investigations and engage experts to build compelling cases
- Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
- Prepare clients and witnesses for trial and conduct effective cross-examinations
- Negotiate with opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to advance case strategy
- Maintain detailed case records and timely communication with clients
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania
- 10+ years of litigation experience, personal injury jury trial experience required
- Proven record of successful trial outcomes and courtroom proficiency
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with case management software and e-discovery tools
