Associate Attorney
Associate Attorney – Houston, TX – Brand New Opportunity!!!
Our client is a highly respected Boutique Litigation Law Firm who is growing and seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their team onsite in Houston, TX (next to Galleria Mall).
The Firm has three primary practice areas, Commercial Litigation (plaintiff and defense), Healthcare Litigation, and First-Party Insurance Claims. Experience in one or more of these areas is required. The firm goes to Trial a significant amount of time, so Trial and/or Litigation experience is a required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 (Base)
- Bonus: Performance Bonus (individual and firm) Pays out in December
- Case Fees Awarded – To be discussed directly (inception and completion)
- Healthcare: Firm covers 100% of Individual Healthcare with options for dependents.

Requirements:
- 3-10 years’ experience
- Active Texas Bar License
- Litigation and/or Trial Experience – This role will go Litigation and Trail
- Types of Law: Any combination of Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury (Plaintiff and Defense Side), Insurance Defense, and/or Healthcare. I would stick to PI and Commercial lit for our search as they ideally want someone strong in those areas.
