With a team of experienced trial attorneys supported by a mid-sized professional staff, the firm is known for handling sensitive, high-impact cases requiring diligence, discretion, and strong litigation support.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Manage and track a high-volume litigation caseload within the CVA/Sexual Abuse practice area

· Draft pleadings, motions, and litigation documents, including discovery requests and responses

· Handle state and federal e-filing across multiple jurisdictions (multi-state experience preferred)

· Coordinate service of process and maintain case files from inception through resolution

· Manage multi-time zone calendaring, tracking court deadlines, depositions, hearings, and trial dates

· Schedule and prepare attorneys for depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings

· Provide full trial preparation and trial support

· Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and required documentation

· Organize and maintain detailed, accurate case records and files

Experience Requirements

· Minimum 5+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in personal injury

· Experience in sexual abuse/CVA litigation strongly preferred

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

· Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and proactively manage workload

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with multi-jurisdictional litigation and calendaring systems

· Proficiency with:

o Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

o Adobe Acrobat

o Case management software (e.g., Filevine or similar – preferred)

· Experience with trial preparation and support in complex litigation
