Litigation Paralegal
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Baltimore. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in personal injury litigation. You will play a critical role in supporting attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
- Organize and manage case files, medical records, and evidence
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses
- Maintain litigation calendars and deadlines
- Assist attorneys during trial, including exhibit preparation and courtroom support
Qualifications:
✔ 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of Maryland civil procedure
✔ Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
