Title: Litigation Paralegal

Location: Richmond, VA

  • Skillset:
    • Litigation Paralegal – 5+ years to 25+ years (open)
    • Collaborative, willingness to jump in and be proactive
    • Client Intake, obtain medical records/bills, send demand and see a case through litigation and filing suit to jury verdict
    • People skills
  • Compensation: 60,000 to 75,000
    • Bonus Structure: Cases that we settle
    • Potential Holiday Bonus
  • Caseload Volume: 30-50 cases in litigation
  • Hybrid/On Site: 100% in office
