A nationally recognized defense firm with a strong focus on toxic tort, product liability, and general casualty insurance defense is seeking a Pennsylvania‑licensed Associate Attorney with 5-7 years of litigation experience to join its Philadelphia office.

Position Overview:

The selected candidate will work on complex litigation matters and will be involved in all stages of case development, including:

  • Conducting case evaluation and strategic analysis
  • Working directly with fact and expert witnesses
  • Drafting dispositive motions and other substantive pleadings
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Managing case files and maintaining client communication
