Director of Revenue

Director of Revenue – Global Am Law 100 Firm
Locations: New York, Chicago, or Washington, DC
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite
Compensation: $220K-$300K

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all billing, e‑billing, and collections functions globally; ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high fee realization.
• Partner with the CFO, Billing & Collections Committee, and firm leadership to provide guidance on risks, trends, and revenue performance.
• Build strong working relationships across practice groups and the finance organization.
• Develop deep knowledge of firm practices and clients; drive process enhancements, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Design and maintain billing and collections controls, methodologies, and workflows.
• Oversee accounts receivable, billing systems, collections technology, and operational reporting.
• Manage e‑billing processes, task‑based billing, rate programs, and billing templates.
• Lead quarterly and year‑end billing and collection campaigns to maximize revenue realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in BigLaw or a law firm with $500M+ in annual revenue.
• Leadership experience managing a team of 25+ people.
• Hybrid schedule: onsite three days per week.
