Family Law Attorney
We are seeking a Family Law Associate to join our growing practice. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a strong presence in our Yardley office.
What you’ll do:
- Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and domestic violence matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials
- Provide compassionate, strategic counsel to clients during sensitive family transitions
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
What we’re looking for:
- Licensed in PA and NJ
- 3-5 years of family law experience
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and client counseling skills
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
