Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney
- Job Description: 5+ years of experience as an attorney in commercial real estate transactions.
- Skillset: Need someone coming in with decent experience and knowledge base, requiring little training. Candidate will be doing drafting, leasing, and purchasing agreements, 1031s, vendor writing, etc. Very niche and small area that they are looking for. Most of the work at the firm is transactional.
- Team: Will work under name partner alongside their paralegal Rachel
- Compensation: Around $115,000 DOE, they are open to higher comp and structuring some type of bonus compensation if candidate is coming in with clients under contract
- In Office Schedule: In office 5 days a week, possibility for hybrid down the road
