A well-established CPA firm with offices in Southern California, is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its Anaheim team. This role offers leadership opportunities, exposure to diverse industries, and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audits, reviews, and compilations across various industries
- Prepare GAAP financial statements and disclosures
- Supervise and mentor audit staff
- Provide technical support and ensure compliance with GAAP/GAAS
- Build strong client relationships and support business development
- Participate in internal training and occasional travel
Qualifications:
- CPA license and Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting
- 5-7 years of public accounting audit experience
- Strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge and technical skills
- Experience with private companies, nonprofits, and benefit plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CCH Suite a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
