Join a rapidly growing national law firm as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury pre-litigation. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role for someone detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Manage case files and deadlines
- Communicate with clients and summarize medical records
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial prep
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in personal injury or civil law
- Strong drafting and organizational skills
- Proficiency with case management and e-filing systems
Salary: 23-27hr (45K to 55K)
