Partner Attorney
Midsize Law Firm seeking a Senior Attorney or Shareholder in Commercial Transactions, Real Estate, Estate Planning, and other general Corporate Law matters:
Details & Benefits:
- Practice Area(s): Commercial Transactions, Real Estate, Estate Planning, and other general Corporate Law matters
- Compensation: target base salary of $175,000 – $200,000 (open to conversation)
- Portable book of business highly preferred
- 401k with 3% employer contribution (3% of total compensation)

Qualifications:
- 8-20 years’ experience as an Attorney in Real Estate Transactions, Commercial Transactions, Estate Planning, and other general Corporate Law matters
- Licensed to practice in Illinois
- Book of business would be great
- Someone who’s wanting to build of book/team
