Commercial Litigation Attorney

Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation – Boutique Law Firm in Dallas

Details & Benefits:

• Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 base salary plus year-end bonus
• Practice Area Focus: Commercial Litigation, a lot of Construction specifically as the firm represents a lot of Homebuilders and Subcontractors
• Billable Hours: 150 monthly
• Fully In-Office Schedule
• Firm pays 100% of medical & dental insurance cost for the employee
• 401k with 4% firm contribution
• PTO starting at 13 days plus typical paid holidays off
• Holiday parties, birthday lunches, new hire celebrations, etc.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 YOE as an Attorney in Commercial/Business Litigation
• Construction Law experience would be fantastic but not required
• Able to independently manage cases from start to finish with minimal handholding
• Consistent job tenure (no job hoppers please)
