Audit Senior Associate
100% Remote Audit Senior Associate Opportunity w/ Mid-Size CPA (North Carolina Only)
Our client is MidSize CPA Firm based in Chapel Hill, NC who are actively looking for an Audit Senior Associate w/ Auto Dealership client industry experience (required) to join their growing team on a 100% Remote Basis!
***While the position is Fully Remote, the firm will only consider candidates physically based in North Carolina as client site visits are required***
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $105,000 to $110,000
- Multiple Bonuses: Firm Bonus, Individual Meriti Based Bonus, Firm Growth Bonus

- PTO: Flexible Time Off – The Firm encourages employees to take at least 3 weeks off, but individuals can take as much time as reasonably needed.

Work Schedule:
- Normal Season: 40 Hours
- Additional Schedule: Post April 15th for the next 4 weeks, employees are offered a 36 Hour work week with Fridays Off then after those 4 weeks, the office closes at 12:30pm on Friday.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of Audit Experience from a Public Accounting Firm
- Auto Dealership client industry experience required
- Must be Physical Based in North Carolina
- CPA/EA license or pursuing preferred
