Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our Concord, New Hampshire office. This role focuses on medical malpractice defense litigation, offering the opportunity to work with healthcare providers, hospitals, and insurers on complex liability cases.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in medical malpractice and healthcare-related litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, fact investigation, and witness interviews.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and experts to develop case strategies.
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Hampshire Bar (or eligibility for admission).
• 2-5 years of litigation experience preferred; medical malpractice or healthcare law experience a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
