Associate Attorney
We are seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience to join our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Manage depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
- Develop case strategies and provide guidance to paralegals and support staff
- Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial when necessary
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (additional NJ license a plus)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury litigation
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania civil procedure and personal injury law
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
- Client-centered approach with empathy and professionalism
