Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
  • Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and develop case strategies.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
  • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably in a plaintiff-focused setting.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Compassionate client service approach and attention to detail.
