Pre-Litigation Attorney
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
- Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and develop case strategies.
- Draft and review demand letters, negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
- 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably in a plaintiff-focused setting.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compassionate client service approach and attention to detail.
