Experienced Audit Senior Opportunity w/ Path Toward Partnership: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)
Our client is a highly awarded CPA firm based in north San Antonio, TX, who are actively seeking an Experienced Audit Senior to join their tight-knit team of tax and audit professionals on a hybrid schedule. The firm specializes in government (majority of their work), non-profit, small businesses, and homeowners’ associations.
The CPA Firm plans to put this individual on an immediate Path Toward Partnership with an ideal timeline of this individual being a Partners in the next two to three years. They are also known for offering an Exceptional Work-Life Balance with family and a positive work culture are the heart of the firm.
Benefits Include:
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $105,000
- Performance Base Bonuses based on Billings
- 401K with up to a 7% Match
- PTO: Flexible including banking overtime towards PTO
Qualifications:
- Either CPA-licensed or CPA-eligible
- 3+ years of Audit experience at a CPA Firm
- Government or Non-Profit industry experience a plus
