She holds a BBA in Human Resource Management and International Business from Loyola University Chicago and joined SR Staffing’s legal recruitment team in 2025.

Ana brings a well-rounded background in recruitment, having previously worked within the Healthcare recruitment industry, and interned at an executive search and leadership advisory firm focused on the Americas, with a strong emphasis on diversity and multicultural markets. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ana leverages her multicultural perspective and passion for building authentic relationships to deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
