About the Role

Our client, a highly respected plaintiff personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to lead complex litigation matters and represent clients in high-stakes cases. This position requires a seasoned litigator with a proven track record of success in personal injury trials and a passion for advocating for injured individuals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of serious injury and wrongful death cases from intake through verdict.
  • Develop case strategy, conduct depositions, and argue motions in state and federal courts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling opening statements, examinations, and closing arguments.
  • Negotiate settlements and advise clients on litigation risks and outcomes.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
  • Stay current on personal injury law and trial advocacy best practices.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active state bar membership.
  • 10+ years of litigation experience, with significant trial experience in plaintiff personal injury cases.
  • Demonstrated success in jury trials and high-value settlements.
  • Exceptional oral advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills.
  • Ability to handle complex cases and maintain client trust under pressure.
