Tax Senior / Supervisor
The largest business management firm in the U.S. is seeking Tax Seniors/Supervisors for its Westwood, Los Angeles office. This role is perfect for experienced tax professionals ready to take on more responsibility, manage complex engagements, and mentor junior staff. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring compliance across multiple entity types.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts & estates
- Assist with tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth clients
- Supervise and train staff accountants
- Ensure timely completion of projects during busy season
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of tax experience in public accounting or professional services
- CPA preferred (or parts passed)
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
Schedule & Compensation
- Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1-day WFH
- Base salary $95,000-$120,000 (non-exempt)
