Tax Manager
100% Remote Tax Manager Opportunity w/ Mid-Size CPA
Our client is Mid-Size CPA Firm based in Chapel Hill, NC who are actively looking for a Business Tax Manager to join their growing team on a 100% Remote Basis! ***While the position is Fully Remote, the firm will only consider candidates physically based in North Carolina and the Southeastern Region***
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $110,000 to $140,000
- Multiple Bonuses: Firm Bonus, Individual Meriti Based Bonus, Firm Growth Bonus

- PTO: Flexible Time Off-The Firm encourages employees to take at least 3 weeks off, but individuals can take as much time as reasonably needed.

Work Schedule:
- Normal Season: 40 Hours
- Busy Season: 50-55 Hours
- Additional Schedule: Post April 15th for the next 4 weeks, employees are offered a 36 Hour work week with Fridays Off then after those 4 weeks, the office closes at 12:30pm on Friday.
- Billable Hours: The firm has one of the lowest budget billable hours per staff with Manager at 1400 Hours and Senior/Associates at 1600 Hours.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years advanced business tax experience (partnerships, s corps, and c corps).
- CPA, EA, or JD License Required
- Auto dealerships experience is a Plus
