Senior Assurance Manager w/ Equity Partnership Track – Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid)
Our client is a well-established Mid-Size CPA Firm who are performing a select search for a talented Senior Assurance Manager to join its team in Grand Rapids, MI on a Hybrid schedule. The plan is to put this individual on an Immediate Path Toward Equity Partnership in the next 2-3 years!!! This role is ideal for a professional with approximately 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience gained through public accounting, industry leadership, or a combination of both.

Benefits:
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000
- Bonus post Spring Tax Season

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead relationship manager and trusted advisor for clients.
- Lead audits, reviews, compilations, and other assurance engagements from planning through completion.
- Provide guidance on accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and operational matters.
- Review financial statements and engagement workpapers for quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic planning and operational improvement.
- Participate in business development and client growth initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop professional staff.
Qualifications:
- CPA Required
- Approximately 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience
- Experience serving privately held businesses, nonprofit organizations, foundations, and employee benefit plans (preferred).
- Prior experience as a Controller, Director of Finance, or similar leadership role is a plus
