Midsize Law Firm in Lisle, IL seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their team:

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Municipal or Commercial Litigation as well as some Transactional Law (Business Entity Formations, General Corporate Law, Municipal Law, Real Estate Transactions, etc.)
- Knowledge of both federal and state court e-filing
- Strong attention to detail, intelligent, and strong writing skills
