M&A Tax Director – SALT

I’m reaching out about a unique opportunity with a high growth startup seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Director. Though the firm is just 2.5 years young, it’s led by a seasoned Managing Partner with over 20 years of experience, including prior tenure as a Big 4 Partner.

This fully remote role offers a competitive base salary of $200K-$250K, plus a $50K-$100K bonus. The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years of experience in Federal, Income, and State Tax, with a generalist industry background.

The position is 90% buy-side M&A and 10% consulting, so strong deal execution experience is essential.
