Director of Tax & Accounting w/ path toward Partnership – Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)

Our client is a Full-Service Boutique CPA Firm who are aggressively growing and actively seeking a talented Director of Tax & Accounting to join their team at their headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ on a Hybrid Schedule.

The plan is to put this Director on an immediate path toward partnership and become the Partner’s right hand.

Qualifications:

• CPA or EA license required
• Managerial Experience at a CPA or Financial Services Firm
• Experience in Small Business Accounting, Tax Preparation, Tax Issues, and Strategic Planning.
• Proven track record of managing diverse client portfolios and delivering superior advisory
