A top AmLaw firm is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to support its high-profile Finance practices. This role offers direct exposure to senior partners and the opportunity to shape BD strategy across complex, high-stakes matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with attorneys to develop and execute BD strategies for Corporate matters.
- Lead client targeting, pitch development, and market research initiatives.
- Collaborate on thought leadership, events, and cross-practice marketing efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for client engagement and growth.
- Support strategic planning for key client relationships and visibility initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of BD or marketing experience in a law firm or professional services setting.
- Strong understanding of finance.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset.
