Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote)

About the Firm:
A nationally recognized law firm with a strong presence across multiple offices is building a dedicated Business Development team to support ambitious growth objectives. The firm offers a well-established marketing infrastructure, including specialized teams for proposals, events, and competitive intelligence.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow the client base along the East Coast. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly forming BD team and make a significant impact on the firm’s expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives focused on corporate immigration services
- Attend mobility conferences, identify opportunities, and facilitate attorney introductions
- Collaborate with internal teams for pitches, proposals, and events
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of BD experience (Manager level); 2-4 years for Specialist level
- Preferred background: corporate immigration BD (first choice) or general corporate BD
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Experience with event-driven BD and RFP processes
