A plaintiff-focused personal injury firm in St. Louis is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This full-time role offers a mix of meaningful client work, performance-based incentives, and a flexible work environment.
Position Details:
- Practice Area: Plaintiff Personal Injury (Pre-Litigation focus)
- Location: St. Louis, MO
- Work Style: Full-time with flexible hours; office closes at 4 p.m. on Fridays; Hybrid Schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $100,000-$125,000, plus quarterly performance bonuses
- 70% coverage on medical insurance for employees and dependents

Qualifications:
